THE NEW MUTANTS Poster & a "ghostly"-theory?

”Five young mutants, just discovering their abilities while held in a secret facility against their will, fight to escape their past sins and save themselves.” - And whole we’ve seen a trailer not long ago, the movie poster for “THE NEW MUTANTS” had only just been revealed, and there’s no spandex or leather-wearing super-power folks on it! Instead, ”The only thing you have to fear... is yourself.” with this image via @NewMutantsFilm instantaneously reminding me of 1996’s “The Frighteners”!


“Interestingly”, the poster imagery reminded me of when folks see “ghostly acts”, they could well be witnessing super-(natural)-powers - “mutant” or otherwise - be at work/in-action, innit? Here’s the trailer for the 1996’s horror/comedy, which starred Michael J. Fox as a man who sees/works with ghosts!
