Invisible Stories vs Singapore Social: #singaporelife on television

I'd decided to feature both these shows in a single blogpost, because they feature what looks to be polar opposites of aspects of #singaporelife VS #singaporelifestyle - which to be fair, maybe they might not be all that "different", although I've not watched either series, but ...

Besides the "address", it is also about the "haves" and have-nots "don't-haves", which quite frankly is universal, as much as everything is so easily connected in this modern age of indifference and labels, it becomes a fascinating delve into your own life and the one you might aspire to, innit? "Real-Life Fiction" versus "Reality Show"...

Featured above is a behind-the-scenes featurette for "INVISIBLE STORIES" = "A brand new series that shines light into dark corners and tells untold stories from the heartlands of multi-cultural Singapore." Premieres 5 January at 10pm, only on HBO and HBO GO (www.hbogoasia.com).

Featured below is the trailer for "SINGAPORE SOCIAL" on Netflix, whereby we get to "peer into the lives of young Singaporeans as they defy expectations and traverse the tricky terrain of career, romance and family."
