BREAK THE SILENCE: THE MOVIE - A BTS Documentary Film

"BTS' World Tour "LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF" is now over. The worldwide stadium tour topped the Billboard Boxscore, and marked BTS as the first Korean group to perform at Wembley Stadium. The tour took place across Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, São Paulo, London, Paris, Osaka, Shizuoka, Riyadh, and Seoul.

With unprecedented access, BREAK THE SILENCE: THE MOVIE travel with BTS throughout the tour, exploring each band member behind the curtain. Off stage, we see another side of BTS. The seven members candidly share personal stories they have never voiced before, think of it as Facing my other self ‘PERSONA’."

The film premieres on Golden Village cinemas in Singapore, Golden Screen Cinemas in Malaysia on September 10th, September 24th in the U.S. (based on listing on IMDb). I wonder how it'll fare on SG screens, given the COVID-situation... or would their fans - named "ARMY" - solider on and dominate the seats?


BREAK THE SILENCE: THE MOVIE comes at the heels of "Break The Silence: Docu-Series" - a 7 episode released on May 12, 2020 on Weverse (Info via bts.fandom.com), for which I suspect the movie is compiled edited excerpts from (I can't decidedly find info on this tho, so...)...
