2 New Spots for Marvel Studios' "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" (Re)Creating History in the MCU
2 new 30-seconder spots titled "RISE" (above) and "CALL" (below) for "Marvel Studios' "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings", did it dawn on me that Marvel is/had attempted to recreate a vast back history and history to their characters in this movie, and are visually able to do so, re-enacting said-history, without the oft used gimmicks of lesser-budgeted projects - like using animation, or even spoken word (spoken word over animation) - which is absolutely no slight to ANYONE, of course.
Just hope that whatever "history" (faux or otherwise) presented on September 3rd does not mirror the intended construct that was the live-action "MULAN", cheers. But to be utterly fair, it IS within the context of the MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE (AKA "MCU") and not meant to represent OUR real world, innit? Least folks get their Fact and Fiction crossed ... But wait, is the following ending scene spoiling anything here...?
