Featured above is the teaser poster which had gotten folks' eyes attention when it was released not too long ago, with seeing South Korean actress Han So-Hee in such an extreme makeover ... UPDATED (30.9.2021) The new TRAILER has dropped for "MY NAME", since scheduled for a October 15th debut here on Netflix!

SYNOPSIS: "Following her father's murder, a revenge-driven woman puts her trust in a powerful crime boss — and enters the police force under his direction."

Shades of Hong Kong's "Infernal Affairs" (remade in Hollywood as "Departed"), although it's a "one-woman-revenge"-trope thus far, it seems. Written by Kim Ba-Da, directed by Kim Jin-Min (2018's "Lawless Lawyer", 2020's "Extracurricular"), the series also stars Park Hee-Soon and Ahn Bo-Hyun. Full episode run has not been revealed as yet (on asianwiki.com), which has a more detailed Plot Synopsis for "마이 네임":

"Yoon Ji-Woo’s (Han So-Hee) father dies suddenly. She wants to desperately take revenge on whoever is responsible for her father's death. Yoon Ji-Woo works for drug crime group Dongcheonpa. Choi Moo-Jin (Park Hee-Soon) is the boss of the drug gang. With the help of Choi Moo-Jin and to uncover the reason for her father's death, Yoon Ji-Woo joins the police department and becomes a mole for the drug group. Yoon Ji-Woo is assigned to work in the drug investigation unit in the police department. Her partner there is Detective Jeon Pil-Do (Ahn Bo-Hyun)."
