If the names sound somewhat familiar, it's because they are characters in a spin-off of "THE VEIL" a.k.a. "BLACK SUN", with "Moebius: The Veil ("Moebius: Black Sun" / "Moebiuseu: Geomeun Taeyang" / "뫼비우스 : 검은 태양"), whose 12-episoder just had it's finale last week (on October 23, 2021). "Moebius: The Veil" was aired the week after in the original time slot(s).
Set 4 years before drama series "The Veil," Seo Soo-Yeon (Park Ha-Sun), Chang Chun-Woo (Jung Moon-Sung) and Do Jin-Sook (Jang Young-Nam) get involved in a case (Source), with the resu8lt being a 2 X episoder aired on Oct 29th and Oct 30th, each episode in a duration of 55minutes.

As of this post I've only watched the first half of Episode One, and recognise the returning actors, and even the sets being utilised again. And while "The Veil" focused on "Han Ji-Hyuk" and his backstory, plus "Yoo Je-Yi"'s (both of whom do not return), this however, focuses on what had happened between "Su Yeon" and "Chun Woo" - both of whom SPOILER had perished in the course of "The Veil".
Great way to maximise the sets/settings, and splendid way to close up what was teased before, but thankfully not resolved within the main series itself.
