I constantly read the online-convos about, and outrage over Ai-enabled chats and image creation/manipulation, and while I agree with all aspects of copyright infringement via words and visuals, I feel people as just ignoring the obvious and eventually threat, that the notion of "Skynet" is buttfkn real, folks! #halfjokingnoreally #illbeback

That said, enjoy the trailer for THE CREATOR;



(Wiki): "The Creator" is an upcoming American science fiction action thriller film directed by Gareth Edwards from a screenplay co-written with Chris Weitz, and a story from Edwards. The film stars John David Washington, Gemma Chan, Ken Watanabe, Sturgill Simpson, Madeleine Yuna Voyles, and Allison Janney.

The promos are touting Edwards as the director of 2016's "Rogue One" (rightly so, for that "sci-fi"-angle), but let's not forget 2014's "Godzilla" too! The trailer looks utterly amazing, and quite literally jumping in to the discourse of our times (Imagine how long ago was this written, before being greenly and filmed?). The Creator arrives in theaters September 29.



PREMISE: Amid a future war between the human race and the forces of artificial intelligence, Joshua, a hardened ex-special forces agent grieving the disappearance of his wife, is recruited to hunt down and kill the Creator, the elusive architect of advanced AI who has developed a mysterious weapon with the power to end the war—and mankind itself.
