#YuYuHakusho Live Action Series Coming To Netflix
Released during GeekedWeek for Netflix, is the live-action "Yu Yu Hakusho", since scheduled to stream worldwide Thursday, December 14, 2023 here on Netflix.
I am wholly unfamiliar with the manga source, but the concept is up my alley, and the trailer looks amazingly fun already!
The all-star cast for "Yu Yu Hakusho" includes Takumi Kitamura, Jun Shison, Kanata Hongo, Shuhei Uesugi, Kenichi Takito, Goro Inagaki and Go Ayano.
WHAT-IS: YuYu Hakusho (Japanese: 幽☆遊☆白書, Hepburn: Yū Yū Hakusho) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi. The series tells the story of Yusuke Urameshi, a teenage delinquent who is struck and killed by a car while attempting to save a child's life. After a number of tests presented to him by Koenma, the son of the ruler of the afterlife Underworld, Yusuke is revived and appointed the title of "Underworld Detective".. (Wiki).
