"Tokyo Tribe" Movie Stills
"Tokyo Tribe" movie stills (courtesy of TWITCH) with 2 prior seen - but "larger" - images, and a full-frontal of a blonde-haired "Mera" (seen above), instead of the bald-character seen in the manga+anime. Looks like a Hong Kong kung-fu villain who does evil deems but will die a horrible death by the hands of the "hero" … but of course this is NOT that film… ;p
