This movie is about as significant as the usage of various Singapore tourist spots and location for filming, and blue colored taxis … and of course being represented in the fantabulous movie poster seen above, like our island country is glowing in gold - like F1 night races- and about to explode into infamy like that … but I guess, this is all what Singapore can offer …

I remember one time, years back, while speaking to an overseas / non-local director (for a job I turned dow eventually), who had wanted to "capture" the quirkiness and charm of our lil'red dot, and one of the things he really wanted to film, was making roti-prata, and "pulling" milk tea, as stock-shots / cutaways to another scene, which is all fine and dandy, except that was all there is to Singapore?

I just saw am episode of the anime "JoJo's Bizzare Adventures", and they had an ep where the gang visited Singapore! There was the Merlion, being fined for littering, and expensive coconut juice … maybe the Hitman poster does SG a service here … the trailer itself? No so convincing …
