All the thrill and excitement for the #attackontitan movie fizzled out somewhere near the end of Part One, where the novelty of seeing Eren Titan faded amongst the ludicrous script and story adaptation, with Part Two being the decisive slash to the nape of hope for any redemption of the adaptation. Yes of course it is "unfair" to encapsulate a manga series and animation into two live action feature films, but the blatant recognition o the names "Eren" and "Mikasa" is not enough to lift this project above it's ultimate C-Movie station in lieu of delusions. #popcornX
Instead of focusing so much on the effects, they should've brushed up more on the script. The premise of #attackontitan is already a hard nut to shallow, but adding in the pseudo-romance, lame reveals, half assed betrayal, double betrayals and then a return becoz of "love"? I'd more much impressed if this was a "fan-film" tho, srsly ... #attackontitan #popcornX
I so feel her scream here... I feel betrayed and let down, my enthusiasm shaked and shattered after letting myself see this to the film credits, of making myself grasp at "hope" only to have dust shoved in my face ... Maybe the second series of the anime could come a bit later, as I'd hope to find back my enthusiasm for it, again... Thanks for mucking it up for me #attackontitan movies! :( #popcornX
