Threezero to do “SIL” from SPECIES in 1/6! #HorrorMovieHeritage

Threezero continues their “Horror Movie Heritage” line of 1/6th-scale figures based on fictional characters in celluloid, with THIS teaser for “Sil” from the 1995 sci-fi film “SPECIES”! And this might well be the FIRST “female” figure in this line too! Product details pending, of course :)

WHAT-IS: ”Species is a 1995 American science fiction horror film directed by Roger Donaldson and written by Dennis Feldman. It stars Natasha Henstridge (in her debut film role)… In the film, a motley crew of scientists and government agents tries to track down a seductive alien played by Henstridge before she successfully mates with a human male. Due to her ruthlessness, the alien character was cited as an example of negative treatment of female sexuality and aliens by Hollywood. The design of Sil was also linked to a chupacabra sighting."

And while admittedly, my memories of the film were mostly of Ms Henstridge (I was 26 years old at that time, so what do you think? *cough*), here are some stills of the creature (thanks to IMDB) for that rip-roaring-trip down retro-sci-fi-lane!
