Marvel's #BlackPanther Film Happenings: Art, Videos, Merch & Toys

A few "BLACK PANTHER" film news-n-happenings out on the www that I thought to put it all together in a single post (*tip of the cyberhat to SlashFilm for the inspiration), with the MARVEL movie scheduled to premiere February 16th on US screens, and Jan 15th on Singapore screens, this film is one of the most anticipated genre movies to start off the new year of 2018 with, innit?

Featured up top is pintbeer glass design done by Francesco Francavilla for the Alamo Drafthouse (in Austin, TX). It would be on a "ultra-limited" Mondo glass. (Stay tuned to updates on @drafthouse).

Witnes the exciting new TV Spot titled "Rise" (above), then check out the "Black Panther" go from comic book page to silver screen (below)!

I've been seeing the "outrage" online on the seemingly "caucasian"-tone seen in this "official" pin spotted at Walt Disney World, which has since been reported by @DisneyPinsBlog (who first posted the above-left image of the pin): "Sorry for any confusion the previous photo may have caused. It was unaltered, but shot under a bright light at the pin store and may have caused differences in color. We are constantly posting all of the many new pin releases and sometimes make mistakes. Thank you."

American rapper and songwriter Kendrick Lamar is producing the movie's album (*Black Panther: The Album Music from and Inspired by Black Panther), and the first track to be release is "All The Stars", featured here in all its "Audio Only" glory! (Pre-order Black Panther: The Album here)
""All the Stars" is a song by American rapper Kendrick Lamar and American recording artist SZA. Written by Lamar, SZA, Sounwave, and Al Shux and produced by the latter two, the song was released on January 4, 2018 as the lead single to the soundtrack album of the upcoming Marvel Studios superhero film Black Panther." (Wiki)

"Kendrick Lamar produced the film's curated soundtrack, titled Black Panther: The Album, along with Top Dawg Entertainment founder Anthony Tiffith. Coogler chose Lamar for the project because his "artistic themes align with those we explore in the film." Lamar released the first single for the album, "All the Stars", in January 2018, in which he collaborated with fellow Top Dawg artist SZA." (Wiki)

And while this is not "movie"-related, it is nevertheless a "Black Panther" toy - a "limited action"-figure actually, of a "basic" figure from Hasbro, which I have yet to properly post about on TOYSREVIL, but instead of waiting (*since November last year lol), I thought I'd debut the video HERE instead :)
