BANALIEN by Paul Jackson x ToyQube

And while I've only briefly mentioned/featured it circa early-April (for Shanghai Toy Show), today we take a closer look at BANALIEN by Paul Jackson x ToyQube - most recently seen on display at Thailand Toy Expo 2018 (May 3-6 / above snap), and as well since available from toyqube.com and via toy distributors Disburst!


Borne from an earlier painting from the surreal x sci-fi mind of this UK-borne/currently Toronto Canada-based artist, this non-licensed Xenomoprh x fruit creation has since been also made into a pin (see above) ... this is not Paul Jackson's "first" foray into the art toy world tho, with ‘DARWINS REVENGE’ being the more recent release with Mighty Jaxx!


Sculpted by Thai 3D designer Khem Pavee (Behance / artstation.com) - who is seen here gamely hand-modeling the "life sized" Banalien - this (approx.) 10 inches tall Vinyl "Banalien" is in a limited edition of 180pcs, with a SRP of US$145.00 per!
