Since my descend into GOUT last year, I have since abstained from red meat in my diet, in an attempt to quell my increased purin acid levels, no doubt brought on by my kidney issues, which in turn were brought on by a decade-long dependence on medication for my various post-Stroke treatment (for Diabetes, High-Cholestral, Hyper-tension, High-Blood Pressure) ... so while scenes like the excite me still OMFG, all I can do is but WATCH and LICK my lips in memory ... LOL
