A Relook at "Orange is the New Black: The Unraveled" Stop-Motion Short

When I first posted this video series in 2017, I could hardly find much information on the makers of this stop-motion project ... but today, in anticipation of the final Season 7 premier on Netflix (July 6th), here is a re-look at "Orange is the New Black: The Unraveled"!

This had been an animated commission for Netflix, with recapping the first four seasons of OITNB, in anticipation of the 5th season (2017). The final 4-minuter version had also been edited into separate byte-sized video promos featured HERE on #iliketeevee.

Directed by Špela Čadež and made by the folks at Slovenia-based Finta, with Team/Crew credits featured below ... All behind-the-scenes images here via www.finta.si.

This short has since won "Chairman's Award" and "CRAFT - Animation" in "The Drum Creative Awards 2017", and as well travelled and screened at the 2018 Annecy International Animated Film Festival, and 2018 Manchester Animation Festival.
