In what has to be the most touching kaiju-on-kaiju scenes in Godzilla: KOTM, was when Mothra spread her wings to cover and protected the downed Godzilla - seemingly "affectionately", during his battle with Ghidorah (scroll to the bottom of this post to view video clip), where folks have begun to ship the two Titans, and the following adorable fanart theme was borne!
