ONE NIGHT IN BANGKOK

"A hit man named Kai flies into Bangkok, gets a gun, and orders a cab. He offers a professional female driver big money to be his all-night driver. But when she realizes Kai is committing brutal murders at each stop, it’s too late to walk away. Meanwhile, an offbeat police detective (Kane Kosugi, Tekken: Kazuya’s Revenge) races to decode the string of slayings before more blood is spilled."

Before I could even whisper "This reminds me of Michael Mann's 2004 Collateral", this movie does state in its description that this action-thriller IS a homage to Collateral ("with a shocking twist"), and stars Mark Dacascos as the ass-kicker (*He will always be my Crying Freeman)!

Written and directed by Wych Kaosayananda ("Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever", "Tekken: Kazuya's Revenge"), the "R"-rated 1hour 45minute film "One Night in Bangkok" was initially scheduled for a August 25th premiere in USA (via IMDb), now scheduled to premiere August 11th on DVD, Digital, and On Demand.

Of course you know I'm going to post Murray Head's 1985 music video, right...? Just call me "POPCORNIE-X", cheers :)
