“Best Picture” #OscarGaffe at the 89th Academy Awards

And the 2017 89th Academy Awards will be remembered for the “OSCAR GAFFE” - whereby “La La Land” was mistakenly announced by Warren Beatty as “Best Picture”, when instead is was “Moonlight”.

It took a quick google to find out what actually happened, after being clued in with the deluge of status updates on my Facebook LOL


Are there more “deserving” news of winners worth blogging about? Sure, and you can go check out the the winners in al the other categories, which included Mahershala Ali for “Best Supporting Actor” for “Moonlight”, Emma Stone for “Best Actress in a Leading Role” for La La Land … meanwhile, somewhere somewhen someone’s job might be at stake …
