VALERIAN in 1/6 @ #SDCC2017 & SG Premiere on July 20th

VALERIAN AND THE CITY OF A THOUSAND PLANETS (TAGGED on #popcornX) premieres on Singapore screens today July 20th, and on the other side of the world, in the annual San Diego Comic Con 2017 (July 20–23), Hot Toys reveals their 1/6thscaled action figure versions of special agents “Valerian” (Dane DeHaan) and “Laureline” (Cara Delevingne).

Thanks to Sideshow Toys’ Online Comic-Con-coverage, we have “first looks” (at least upper torso), with no doubt tons more images to come within the weekend, for when the convention hall doors open to the masses! Stay Tuned for Updates!

Above is the teaser ad from Hot Toys prior to SDCC, and I am surprised they’d be producing these two figures in 1/6th-scale, actually. Here’s hoping the movie succeeds and the license grows larger to encompass more characters (I am sure HT would love to get their hands on a “Rihanna”-license, innit?) … or at the very least have more accessories and/or creatures that come with these individual fugue release, IMHO.
