LISA FRANKENSTEIN

SYNOPSIS: A coming of RAGE love story from acclaimed writer Diablo Cody (Jennifer’s Body) about a misunderstood teenager and her high school crush, who happens to be a handsome corpse. After a set of playfully horrific circumstances bring him back to life, the two embark on a murderous journey to find love, happiness… and a few missing body parts along the way.

"Warm Bodies" remain one of my fave "Zombie Boy Loves Human Girl"-stories on celluloid, although I know full well that this feature (and not a "streaming" or television project) is a different show, and looks fun! Written by Diablo Cody and directed by Zelda Williams, LISA FRANKENSTEIN stars Kathryn Newton and Cole Sprouse, in U.S. theaters February 9th, 2024.
