Watch TWO Exclusive Clips from "The Sandman" (Premieres Aug 5 on Netflix)
Following the release of the SDCC trailer for "THE SANDMAN", IGN has released TWO clips for the upcoming live-action adaptation of Neil Gaiman's seminal DC Comics series, "The Sandman", which debuts on Netflix on August 5, 2022.
ABOVE: In this exclusive scene from Episode 4 of Netflix's The Sandman, Dream (Tom Sturridge) goes to Hell to reclaim his stolen Helmet of Dreams from one of the demons of Lucifer Morningstar (Gwendoline Christie). The scene also features Matthew the Raven (voiced by Patton Oswalt) and Lucifer's assistant Mazikeen (Cassie Clare).
BELOW: It's time." Death (Kirby Howell-Baptiste) comes to claim an elderly violist in this exclusive scene from the 6th episode of Netflix's The Sandman, starring Tom Sturridge as Dream.
Interesting both Death and Lucifer exhibit "wings", albeit a non-tangible shadow and a demonic horned visage over a pristine white gown.
